3 января 2021 года на совещании Европейской комиссии по наградам Международной Федерации Физической культуры (FÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE D´ÉDUCATION PHYSIQUE) было принято решение отметить деятельность Бекетова Олега Владимировича в области физического воспитания специальной наградой. Награждение состоится на 15-м Европейском конгрессе ФИЕП в Финляндии в 2022 году.
